Estimates and quotes provided by Overhaul Roofing are non-binding until a formal written contract is signed by both parties. Free inspection results are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a binding repair estimate. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during work.
3. Insurance Claim Assistance
Overhaul Roofing may assist customers with insurance claim documentation as a complimentary service. We do not guarantee insurance claim approval. Claim outcomes are determined solely by the insurance carrier. We are not licensed insurance adjusters.
4. Warranties & Workmanship
Workmanship warranties are detailed in individual service contracts. Material warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and passed through to the customer. Warranty terms vary by product and installation type.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to work beginning.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Overhaul Roofing's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
